PRIVACY POLICY

Information we collect

We collect only what CREAA needs to calculate your plan, remind you, and back up your progress:

• Account information: when you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and, the first time, the name and email you choose to share. Apple lets you hide your email behind a private relay address.
• Profile details you enter: body weight, optional body-fat percentage, gender, your goal, and training frequency — used to calculate your creatine dose.
• App activity: your dose logs, current and best streaks, reminder settings, saturation estimates, and reward / spin progress.
• Subscription status: whether you have an active CREAA Premium subscription. Payment itself is processed by Apple — we never see your card details.
• Technical basics: app version and the device notification settings needed to deliver reminders. CREAA contains no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use your information

• Calculate and personalize your creatine plan and saturation estimates.
• Send the daily reminders you opt into.
• Save and restore your progress across devices when you’re signed in.
• Provide and manage CREAA Premium.
• Respond to your support requests.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored on your device and, when you’re signed in, backed up to our secure cloud so you can restore it on a new device. Your on-device data is the source of truth; the cloud copy is used only for backup and restore.

Third-party services we rely on

We share the minimum necessary with trusted providers that process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

• Apple — Sign in with Apple, push notifications, and App Store payments.
• Supabase — the secure cloud database that stores your backup.
• RevenueCat — manages your CREAA Premium subscription status.
• Google / YouTube — reward clips play via embedded YouTube; viewing them is also subject to Google’s policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you use CREAA. When you delete your data in the app (Profile → “Delete all data”) or ask us to, we permanently remove your profile, dose history, streaks, reminders, and reward data from our cloud. Residual copies in encrypted backups are overwritten on our normal backup cycle.

Your choices

• Access and correct your details directly in the app.
• Turn reminders and notifications on or off in Profile or in iOS Settings.
• Delete everything from Profile → “Delete all data,” or email us to do it for you.

Children

CREAA is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data. Creatine use by minors should be discussed with a healthcare professional.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as CREAA evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
