Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CREAA iPhone app and this website. By downloading, accessing, or using CREAA, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use CREAA.

License to use CREAA

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CREAA for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Your account

CREAA uses Sign in with Apple. You’re responsible for keeping your Apple Account secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use CREAA.

Subscriptions and billing

CREAA offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, CREAA Premium. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms; request them at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

Use CREAA lawfully and as intended. Don’t reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its services.

Intellectual property and third-party content

CREAA — including its name, design, and original content — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

Reward clips play through embedded YouTube and remain the property of their respective creators and rights holders. CREAA is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any creator, athlete, or brand referenced in the app.

Disclaimer of warranties

CREAA is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Dose calculations and saturation estimates are general guidance and are not guarantees of any health or performance outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any outcome related to supplement use, arising from or related to your use of CREAA.

Termination

You can stop using CREAA at any time and delete your data in the app. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms.

Changes to CREAA and these Terms

We may update CREAA and these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the date above when we make material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer’s country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing here limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws where you live.
