How do I sign in?+
CREAA uses Sign in with Apple. On the sign-in screen, tap “Sign in with Apple” and confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple Account password. Signing in backs up your plan so you can restore it on a new device. The first time, Apple shares the name and email you choose (you can use Apple’s private email relay); after that you jump straight back in.
How do reminders work?+
CREAA learns the time you usually take your dose and schedules a daily reminder around it, so you don’t lose your streak by accident. Turn reminders on or off anytime in Profile → Daily reminder. If notifications don’t appear, enable them for CREAA in the iOS Settings app under Notifications.
How is my dose calculated?+
Your daily target is estimated from your body weight, optional body-fat percentage, gender, goal, and training frequency, then kept within a sensible range. You can pick a loading phase (a faster ~1-week start with split doses) or simple daily maintenance (one dose a day). This is general guidance, not medical advice.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?+
CREAA Premium is billed through your Apple Account. Manage or cancel anytime in the iOS Settings app: tap your name → Subscriptions → CREAA. To restore a purchase on a new device, sign in with the same Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is my data private?+
Your data lives on your device and, when you’re signed in, is backed up to our secure cloud so you can restore it. We don’t sell your data and CREAA includes no third-party ad trackers. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
How do I delete my account and data?+
Open Profile → “Delete all data.” See “Delete your account & data” below for exactly what’s removed.
DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT & DATA
You can permanently delete your CREAA account and all associated data from inside the app:
- Open CREAA and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap “Delete all data.”
- Confirm. This signs you out and permanently deletes your profile, dose history, streaks, and cloud backup. Re-signing in starts fresh. (Your theme and language preferences stay on the device.)
